Refund policy

At Avenue, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide returns in the form of store credit (credit note) under the conditions below.

General Policy

  • Avenue follows a No Refund Policy.

  • Returns are accepted only in the form of a credit note.

  • Credit notes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases.

  • Exchanges are accepted only once per order/item.

Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer care team.

  • Items purchased during Sale, Discounts, or with Gift Vouchers/Coupons are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customised or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange (unless damaged/defective).

Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide exchange or credit note options.

Process for Return / Exchange

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email theavenueindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Share your Order ID and product photos.

  3. Once approved, ship the product back to us (return shipping to be borne by the customer).

  4. After inspection, we will issue a credit note for the returned item or dispatch the exchanged size/product if available.

Important Notes

  • Avenue is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

  • Credit notes will be issued for the product value excluding shipping and COD charges.

  • Items not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted.
