Order Policy

• Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days.

• Courier delivery may take 3–4 business days after dispatch.

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. A COD handling charge will apply.

• Avenue accepts return and exchange requests within 3 days of delivery.

• Returns will not be accepted if items are:

  • Used, washed, or damaged

  • Carry perfume, deodorant, stains, or sweat marks

• Returns are applicable only after the product is received and inspected at our studio.

• Refunds are not provided; instead, we issue a Credit Note for valid returns.

• Credit Notes are valid for 28 days from the date of issue.

• For Credit Note confirmation, please contact us via WhatsApp at [insert your WhatsApp number] along with your order number.

Sales / Discounted Policy

• Products purchased during sales or discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Credit Notes cannot be issued against discounted or sale products.

Customisation Policy

• Customised products are not part of sales or discounts.

• Only prepaid orders are accepted for customisations.
